Conrad Hilton?s epic car crash could have had a much worse ending, at least according to a neighbor who ran out to see what happened. The story goes that he jumped out and began urinating in a nearby driveway. When a neighbor asked him what happened, he supposedly confessed to being drunk and begged the person not to call the cops.
