Lindsay Lohan Sentenced To 30 Days In Jail!

It is back to the slammer for Lindsay Lohan! Yep the judge has had enough and ordered the train wreck to 30 days in jail but how much time will she actually spend behind bars? In what is not at all shocking news LiLo has been ordered back to jail. Today Judge Stephanie Sautner proved that she is done playing the starlet?s games when she delivered a 30 day jail sentence to Lohan. Judge Sautner informed Lindsay that she must surrender by November 9th, which is next week and that the trouble maker is not eligible for house arrest or early release. Sounds like the judge means business and I am sure that she does, however that doesn?t mean that the sometimes actress will be behind bars for a full 30 days. In fact thanks to overcrowded jails she will probably only be locked up for about six days. Lohan is due back in court on December 14th. Judge Stephanie also gave some strict structured guidelines for the Lindsay to follow.
