Maddox Jolie-Pitt is living the high life! His superstar mom, Angelina Jolie, not only flies him and his five siblings all over the world, but she also takes him on her private flying lessons.
While dad Brad Pitt was in the States promoting his new film, Moneyball, the oldest of the Jolie-Pitt kids was his mom's companion on her flying lesson that took off from Blackbushe Aiport in Surrey, England, on Sept. 23.
In photos of the mother and son, Jolie, sporting her signature color scheme of a heather-gray maxi dress and a black cardigan, and her 10-year-old son, holding an iPad, are shown arriving at the airport and then about to take off.
Jolie, who obtained her pilot's license in 2005, sat in the pilot's seat while her eldest was buckled into the plane's backseat. But it wasn't the first time the mother of six has earned her wings with one of her kids in tow.
According to Us, Shiloh, 5, accompanied Jolie for a small-aircraft ride last year, and in 2008, the globe-trotting star even flew a plane while pregnant with twins Knox and Vivienne.
But it's Maddox who first inspired Jolie, 36, to start flying -- so it's only fitting he take a turn with his mom behind the wheel.
"Every time Mad sees a plane, he's amazed," Jolie explained when she got her pilot's license. "If I could actually fly a plane...I'll be like Superman to him."
Looks like Jolie is the Mother of Steel to her flight-happy son.
